繳付按金後，如因授權人的個人理由而未能完成簽署持久授權書，又或因註冊西醫未能信納授權人在精神上有能力行事，所付之所有按金不能發還，亦不能轉讓其他人使用。

We respect professionalism of lawyers and doctors, they are making their professional judgement with their professional autonomy, so we do not interfere their judgements.
After deposit, any failure or incomplete setting up of the EPA due to the donor's reason, or the registered doctor cannot confirm the mental capacity is normal, all the deposit is Non-returnable or Non-transferable.
